Dr Buti David Mulutsi is the founder and apostle overseeing 12 God’s Tabernacle Christian Family Church (GTCFC) campuses. From the original church started in 1994 in Seshego Polokwane (Limpopo), he expanded with locations now in the city centre of Polokwane, and in Kotishing, Chitungwiza, Gamaboi, Belabela, Garampuru, Kgaba, Garauwele, Mmakata, Rankhuwe, and Skiming. He also mentors many pastors of their own churches and serves on multiple ministerial fraternal bodies, preaches at his churches and as a guest speaker both nationally and internationally and lectures on Bible College.
Dr Mulutsi received pastoral training and experience under the leadership of Dr Theo Wolmarans at Christian Family Church, Johannesburg, where he pastored for six years and completed his Layman's School of Training and his Certificate in Ministry Studies. As part of his undergraduate studies, he also attended a Dale Carnegie Management Seminar and an Advanced Leadership Seminar at the Haggai Institute in Maui, Hawaii, and completed a Church Growth International certificate (Seoul, Korea); a certificate in Christian Counseling and Ministry (Theologos Kempton Park, SA) and a Diploma in Ministry Leadership (CFCIBC, Johannesburg).
After completing a Bachelors in Ministry (CFCIBC, Johannesburg), he went on to

He received a Doctorate of Theology (Honoris Causa) from Pacific Christian University (Honolulu, Hawaii, USA) and recently obtained his PhD (Missiology) from Northwest University (Potchefstroom, SA).
Dr Mulutsi has served on the CFC Jhb church board for many years and recently joined the CFCI Bible College board of executives. He lends insight into curriculum relevance from an intercultural perspective as well as from a church planting and theological point of view. His years of experience as a preacher and teacher and as an academic, give him great insight to add extensive value to the board.
